Welcome to Hungry Expo! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Hungry Expo website, social media channels, and any services related to the event, including participation, marketing, and stall booking.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our services.

1. General Information

Hungry Expo referred to in these Terms as “Hungry Expo,” “we,” “our,” or “us.” The event provides a platform for businesses in the food industry to showcase products, stalls booking, and run marketing campaigns through digital and physical channels.

2. Event Participation

• Eligibility: Participants must be legitimate businesses or individuals over the age of 18. We reserve the right to reject applications for participation at our discretion.
• Stall Booking: To reserve a stall, you must complete the registration process and agree to pay any applicable fees. Stall assignments are made based on availability and the discretion of the event organizers.
• Marketing Campaigns: Participants can promote their businesses through Hungry Expo’s digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email newsletters. Terms of specific campaigns will be outlined in separate agreements.

3. Payment Terms

• Fees: All fees for stall bookings, marketing services, or other paid services must be paid in full by the deadlines provided.
• Refunds: Fees paid for event participation are non-refundable except in cases where the event is canceled by Hungry Expo.

4. Intellectual Property

• Content Ownership: Hungry Expo owns all rights to its trademarks, logos, branding, and any content created for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Third-Party Content: You must have the right to use any logos, images, or content you provide for marketing purposes. You grant Hungry Expo a license to use this content for event promotion.

5. Conduct and Responsibilities

• Professional Conduct: All participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and abide by the rules set by Hungry Expo. We reserve the right to remove any participant violating these rules or engaging in disruptive behavior.
• Health and Safety: Participants are responsible for ensuring their stalls meet health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards where applicable.

6. Limitation of Liability

Hungry Expo and it’s officials and directors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the event. This includes but is not limited to loss of business, revenue, or reputation. Participation in the event is at your own risk.

7. Cancellation or Postponement

Hungry Expo reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event at any time for reasons including but not limited to public health concerns, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation, participants will be notified, and appropriate measures regarding stall bookings and refunds will be taken.

8. Privacy Policy

9. Changes to Terms

Hungry Expo may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued participation in the event will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
